Caramel Puffs

I swear every grandma had a secret stash of these in their pocketbooks ready for grandkids to come and ask for one! At least mine always did, they became a quick favorite of mine and now these puffs are a great way to enjoy them all over again. I think my grandma would love this version too. Probably wouldn’t last long in the pocketbook however!
